VINYASA

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Our most athletic class, where your body will be moving the whole time! You can expect a thoughtfully sequenced flow, with opportunities to challenge yourself physically.

PRACTICE LEVEL: Intermediate. It’s recommended to have prior exposure to yoga for this class.

VIN TO YIN
CLASS DESCRIPTION: The first half of this class is a Vinyasa flow to get the body activated and warmed up. The second half of this class moves into Yin postures, where we hold deep stretches for 3-5 minutes to slow down and release stress and tension.

PRACTICE LEVEL: All levels. Prior exposure to yoga is helpful for the Vinyasa portion, but not necessary

HATHA

CLASS DESCRIPTION:This is a traditional style of yoga, focused on foundational postures, breath, and body alignment. You can expect a thoughtfully sequenced class where postures are held for several breaths, allowing time for adjustments and body awareness

PRACTICE LEVEL: All levels. This is a great class for beginners!

RESTORATIVE

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Restorative classes are focused on relaxation and self-love. In these classes, we use props to put us into comfortable, zero-effort postures which are held for 5-10 minutes each. Expect to zen out, follow along with guided meditation, and maybe even take a little nap during savasana!

PRACTICE LEVEL: All levels. This is a great class for beginners!

CHAIR YOGA
CLASS DESCRIPTION: Chair yoga is a gentle, therapeutic form of yoga that can be practiced while seated in a chair. Its a great option for people with limited mobility, those recovering from an injury, and anyone looking for some extra support in their practice.

PRACTICE LEVEL: All levels.

KIDS CLASSES

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Our monthly kids classes are 30 minute classes, focused on introducing kids to the concepts of mindfulness, breath, and some basic yoga postures. These classes give children tools to take into their day to day lives to find calmness and ease. Classes are lead by Carley Depasquale, who holds an RYT 200, a Masters degree in Psychology, and a Kid’s Yoga teacher training.

PRACTICE LEVEL: All kids ages 4-12 are welcome! No experience needed.
